2. Service
– FutureFollower will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and pictures on TikTok.
– FutureFollower does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future uploads, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for and interact during the process. All future uploads will be ignored unless the Automatic Likes service is purchased or included in your purchase.
– You will not upload anything into the FutureFollower including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the TikTok community.
– Followers can be delivered with a gradual speed, at request only. This request must be made before the order takes place.
3. Payment processor
– Payments are processed using a secure credit card checkout, with no sensitive financial information being saved to our servers. A secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
– You agree that upon purchasing our services, you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or claim. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or claim, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
4. Registration
– You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.
5. Copyright
– You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Futurefollower website without the written consent of a futurefollower representative.
6. TikTok
– You will only use the Futurefollower website in a manner which follows all agreements made with TikTok on their Terms of Service page.
7. Liabilities
– FutureFollower is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by TikTok.
8. Disclaimer
– FutureFollower will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed, or implied for the services we provide. Since FutureFollower uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee the uptime or availability of our website.
9. Change of terms
– This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective on the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Futurefollower is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
Refund Policy
Since FutureFollower.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished, and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place regarding the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honour requests for a refund for the following reasons:
– Non-delivery of the service: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed.
